"Our room had a balcony facing the Grand Canal. Very impressive. Close to the train station which was convenient. Easy access to everything. Glad we didn’t take a place deep in the old city. Breakfast buffet was spectacular with a view."

"Fantastic service, the staff at the desk are very helpful. They helped and advised on how to get around the area. They even helped in arranging a trip to the Munro Island were I got to see Glass getting made and booked a free water taxi to the island. I found this trip to be more enjoyable than paying €90 for a Gondala. I must say the hotel is very relaxing and worth the money while providing a fantastic service and being right next to the water transport station. The room is very clean and has a fantastic bed and shower room. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone booking to stay in Venice. "

"Awesome hotel, great location and really friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was great as well. The only downfall for us (which was easily solved night 2) was the noise outside in the square - from 7pm to 4am it was really loud with music and people screaming and hollering (drunk!) so the next morning we went out and got ear plugs which solved the problem for the second night and we slept really well. Would absolutely stay again, but will make sure to have ear plugs! Also, a tip - don’t pack a heavy suitcase as you’ll need to carry it up 3 flights of stairs! "
