“The hotel is very pretty itself and the environment in the hotel is wonderful. There is a sky bar where you can enjoy a chill night. The room is cozy and decorated in a 5 stars hotel way. The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. When I reflected the situation to the staff, he arranged a new cup to us immediately and swapped a new room for us in short. The breakfast……

They introduced the facilities in great detail and also gave us many helpful suggestions about nearby attractions and travel tips, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Whenever there was a small issue, they immediately offered discounts or other forms of compensation to show their apology. "Wonderful experience, very friendly staff. Perfect location as it’s just five minutes walk to the Main Street. Please note that traffic gets busy on weekends as they make them as walking areas in main areas.
We stayed on the 8th floor, could see the lake view! Just walking one / two floor up for the bar and restaurant. We can see the cathedral from the rooftop bar.
Breakfast has buffet and menu for main course.
Great services! We loved the surprise fruit pack when we checked out as we headed to Ha Long Bay for cruise.
