Welcome to Villa Palma! By The Sea Vacation Villas is pleased to offer this breathtaking 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom Heated hot tub Vacation Home to the luxury vacation rental market! Located in the fit class neighborhood of Ocean Vue in Deerfield Beach, Villa Palma is conveniently situated near a multitude of first-class restaurants, shops, entertainment (movies, theater, music, etc.) and, of course, the beach.

INTERIOR:

Upon entering the Villa Palma, you are immediately greeted with high vaulted living room ceilings and beautiful wood rafter beams. The elegant wood floors run through out the entire home and meet beautiful brick wall architecture. The dinning room (seating for four) over looks the living room and is positioned directly off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities that one can come to expect and showcases new cabinetry and appliances. As you ascend to the second floor, you will find the living quarters and laundry room. Equipped with a King Bed, large flat screen TV, new dressers, closets, and a porch, the master bedroom showcases the lap of luxury. The master en-suite bathroom offers marble counter tops, a beautiful tub and sperate shower room. Bedroom 2 features a quaint double bed with ample closet space and flat screen TV. Additionally, the en-suite bathroom is fully outfitted with updates counters tops and amenities.

EXTERIOR:

Undoubtedly, the outdoor area of Villa Palma will leave you breathless. The ornate and well designed landscaping frames out 3 beloved areas of the yard. Immediately, you will be greeted with a large patio dinning set (seating for 6) and BBQ. Next . the spacious hot tub will provide plenty of reprieve and sanctuary even on the coolest of nights. Lastly, you can land your self a drink at the built in Tiki bar and let all your worries drift away. Shall you find your self wanting to jump into the pool, Villa Palma offers large community pool and lounge area.

Villa sanctuary
We came to the Deerfield Beach area to visit family and this villa was absolutely perfect place to have as our home base. The location is excellent and we walked to the beach and intercoastal in minutes. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated and the yard was spectacular and like a sanctuary. There was a sunken hot tub and tiki bar and lush tropical gardens and it was all private. The center tree was to attract butterflies and it was filled with butterflies. It created a magical place for morning coffee and evening cocktail. The Villa had everything we needed and the owner/manager was attentive and shared area amenities and quickly answered any inquiries. We highly recommend this Villa and look forward to returning! Thank you!

Beautiful townhome
This house is located between the intercoastal and the ocean. There is a small green area across the street that is on the intercoastal and the beach is 1 block away. It is a short walk to the shopping area. The house has it's own private backyard with hot tub and tiki bar. It has a beautiful garden that attracts many butterflies. A great area to sit outside enjoy the sun and a good book. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Lovely stay in a beautiful home
The property was excellent, back yard, hot tub, pool all top notch. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Parking a bit of an issue since Deerfield disallowed parking on the burm late in our stay. Caused owners to park second or even third cars in the parking lot. A little congested. The owner of our unit and the facility maintenance man (Joseph) were very understanding and helpful in solving the parking issue I had when I needed to park a second car.

Convenient relaxed abode
This place has all the comfort of home. We had my wife, adult son and myself. Nice backyard with a hot tub and a bar. It’s very dark out there. Easy walk to the international pier. Great place to walk to the beach and see the sunrise. Seamless check in check out experience. It’s a beautiful place a and well taken care of.

The yard needs to be groomed too many coconuts in the tree above the hot tub.The grill starter button not working .No corkscrew you need a bigger fry pan.You need better cups and glasses and that’s my punch list

Villa Palma getaway
Villa Palma is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. All the small touches were so wonderfully done and added to the luxurious feel. The backyard area was so private and having a hot tub and private area to dine and relax was such a great addition. the location is excellent as the beach is 2 min away as well as some great restaurants. Than you so much!

Comfortable place to stay
So many vacation properties are so sterile and minimalistic, they don't looked lived in. This property manages to have a homely feel to it and settling in was really easy. My only disappointment was that the photographer managed to make the outside area look three times the size it actually was. Beautiful place to stay if you are looking to relax, but also have the quick and easy walking distance to the beach.

Great choice to stay!
This a wonderful choice we made to stay here. We are reserved on expectations due to the realistic vs. enhanced images for some listings, BUT this one did not disappoint. This place was beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entire place was nice and clean, beds/pillows were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, if you want. Plenty of areas to sit and hangout, especially outside. Once you’re done enjoying the inside, step outside into a the private tropical patio area. The landscaping was so well done, with a variety of flowering plants which attracted a lot of butterflies. The area had a bar/tiki area with a ceiling fan, for those hotter days. Although there was a hot tub, would probably be nicer in the cooler season, we would’ve liked to either have the temp adjustable or the ability to turn off the heating. Other than that, our stay was super enjoyable and would definitely stay again. Walking distance to the beach and there is also public paid parking by the beach, if preferred. Our stay was during the week, mid June, which made for a less busier location for families. Because of the previous statement, it allowed us to also enjoy the community pool without other people. Our kids loved that there were floats and pool noodles available for use in the garage, along with the beach chairs and other items. Overall again, a great stay and would plan to make another trip!

Great beach getaway
The home is situated right near beach access with all the beach gear you need. The bed is extremely comfortable with plush linens and high quality sheets. The back garden is spectacular. It was the perfect place for us to enjoy the weekend. We experienced internet issues but the property manager was quick to address the issue and communicate regarding the problem. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week in a quiet home near the beach. Home was spacious and well furnished. Plenty of towels were provided as were beach chairs. Guests should take note that this is a triplex with many stairs and that the kitchen is a flight up from the living room and outdoor area.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. It's so comfy and relaxing. The outside patio area is perfect for gathering with friends and private but yet so quick to get to the beach and some of our favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back to stay at this location.

We did not know that a huge amount of seaweed is present on the beach from June til September. The villa was very clean and they were responsive. We would stay again when there is no sea weed.

Villa Palma
What a lovely unit! The Villa Palma is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only a five minute walk to the southernmost end of Deerfield Beach. If you are looking for an area that is walking distance to restaurants and shops, you will want to stay closer to the Deerfield pier. The pier is a 15-20 minute walk or you can use one of the two bicycles included with this rental (two more would be even nicer). My favorite part of this rental was the backyard. It is like a tropical getaway! There were so many butterflies! Any issues that we had were quickly recognized by the management team and resolved as speedily as possible. This is a wonderful place to stay and I cannot wait until my next visit!

Our quick get away
Staying here was like being in your own private tropical oasis. Very private, peaceful and quite backyard. The place was super clean and beautifully furnished, the bed in master bedroom was extremely comfortable. All the appliances were high end including the cookware and silverware. Everything that was promised was available. We would stay here again.
