Family Stay
We were a family in town for our grandfathers funeral. The property was not ready in time, the “cleaning” was poor - stained sheets in every room, door pad lock kept giving me issues and zooming cars on the road kept us awake all night. There was piled trash in the front yard upon arrival. The interior did match the pictures to an extent - the first impression of pulling up to the homes: let’s just say that was a downer in itself. I do have to say the host Curtis is great at communication did offer a monetary compensation for the late check in - but I did communicate that we were there for a funeral so the adding stress of awaiting the property to be ready was very stressful and ultimately led us to be late to the viewing . The food I purchased for our stay spoiled since I was expecting to be in the home at least by 4pm. The curtains were basically transparent and privacy curtains would have been appreciated. The shower in the “master” was dirty and needed a good clean.
