The property has beautiful gardens and landscaping with wonderful views of Eureka Springs. We had a great time and were sorry we had to leave so soon. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Eureka Springs.”

“We love Eureka Springs and we were so excited to stay at the Basin Hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with were unbelievably kind and fun. We even had the surprise of having an upgraded room. Of course this is an old building, but the cleanliness was up to par. We loved grabbing a couple drinks at the bar and hanging out in the game room, it was a blast. Although we enjoyed doing our fair share of walking around town, having access to the shuttle service was such a huge benefit, that……

The walls are a little thin and you can hear the people in the next room, but that didn't bother us. The room was very spacious and felt vintage. We will definitely be coming back in the future.”
