The shower flooded on my elderly father causing him to have to clean everything up with towels, then the exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom, maintenance came to look at it and then they ended up moving us to a smaller room. There was no clothes iron in the room and the a/c didn't work properly. When leaving the property I noticed Ehlirch was there which only told me that they must have an issue with bed bugs or other critters... I then had an issue with Staff Keith on 2nd shift calling me a liar stating that his staff would never tell me such a thing about laundry services not charging. When in fact I was off the premises (3) times that day I would've gotten quarters myself, instead of asking him at the front desk after 10 pm . Doesn't make much sense to me... I do not recommend this hotel regardless of what other guests have said, this was an emergency stay, and unfortunately a wrong choice on my end!!!
