"We're so happy we found the Tesla MedBed Center/hotel in East Dubuque. It was a wonderful stay! We hadn't heard of this hotel before, but I accidentally stumbled upon it on Expedia. We were looking for a place to stay last minute, and we didn't want to spend an incredible amount of money. I called the hotel to make sure we could stay there in just a "regular" hotel room, without the biohealing/energy treatment. The lady who answered the phone was so kind and thorough as she explained about their place and how it offered two kinds of stays: energy rooms and just plain rooms. The cost of the room was so very reasonable, and it included a free breakfast. My husband is picky about cleanliness, and our room was probably the cleanest hotel room we've ever stayed in! It was modern, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We loved the new bed and modern bedding - very comfy! I read reviews about the water possible looking rusty, but we never saw a hint of it. The bathroom accommodations were excellent! The woman, who was on site when we arrived (and when we left), was very genuine and truly cared that we were happy with our stay. She was very detailed in explaining all the hotel accommodations, including how to enter/exit after hours and when to access the free breakfast. She asked us repeatedly if we had any questions and told us she wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay. The customer service here, from start to finish, shows much professionalism and much care. I truly recommend this place!"

"I found the surroundings rather unique.The hotel is nestled in a ravine So it felt secluded even though it was right along route twenty (Dodge avenue). I appreciated that we had a free breakfast, even though it was just a cold breakfast, I was disappointed because I was looking forward to some waffles. Front desk was very pleasant & accommodating. The only aggravation that we had was 2 of the housekeeping staff having a very loud, animated conversation in front of our room in the morning which woke us up."
