This modern ranch home is located in a peaceful, yet central residential neighborhood. Downtown Grafton, with its riverfront park, hip restaurants, and numerous cafes is just a 5 minute stroll away. Quaint and interesting Cedarburg is just a 5 minute drive. I-43 is just a 3 minute drive, for those heading to Milwaukee, or Concordia University.

Wonderful home - close to everything
This is a wonderful home, close to all amenities. Grafton and Cedarburg are great places to visit. The home was clean, spacious, and well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice house with large well stocked kitchen
House was easy to find on map apps. It was very clean and decorated nicely, not cluttered. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment to cook with. All of the ladies in our group enjoyed the stay here. We'll definitely be back.

CUW College visit
We loved the location and space in this house. We were visiting Concordia University. There was a late season snow storm with 8 inches of snow but someone did come by and blow the drive which was great.

Awesome place for a girls weekend!
Perfect place to hang out in between all of our girl’s weekend festivities. Found two local restaurants both nights right in Grafton within a 2 mile radius. Most of our weekend was settled in Cedarburg which was a quick little drive back and forth each time. The place was perfect for us 4 ladies. Everything was extremely clean and cozy and we look forward to staying here again!

Welcome Home!
There's a truly welcoming feel to this home as soon as you walk through the door. You almost expect the warm aroma of cookies baking in the kitchen as you enter. It was "spic and span" clean with a lot of attention to detail throughout the house. It's also only a short four or five block walk to the quaint downtown area of Grafton. We rented this home to visit our granddaughter at UW-Milwaukee, which was only a short 30 minute drive. It was the perfect home and location for our visit. -- Tom & Jan

Absolutely Wonderful Place to Stay
This was a great experience all the way through. The owners were great to work with and communicated quickly. The home was spotless and well appointed. One really nice touch was they had all the cupboards clearly labeled so you knew what was in them without having to open/shut all the cupboards in your hunt for dishes/cups/silverware, etc. So nice! I recommend this home highly!
