"My sister & I celebrated my birthday by doing an overnight trip to Connecticut. We stayed at the J House Greenwich, booked a show at the Comedy Club, and had brunch at Tony’s at the J House. Upon hotel arrival we were greeted by the nicest hotel staff and complimentary Prosecco. Our room was ready a bit earlier than check in time. The room was absolutely fabulous!! Incredible clean (I’m very OCD with the cleanliness of hotel rooms and usually end up cleaning everything down to feel comfortable)…NOT HERE, I did not feel like I had to clean a thing, I immediately felt comfy-cozy, refreshed, and at home. The room was super up-to-date with in-room tech controls (e.g., blinds and lights), updated mirror tv & apps, smart tv in bathroom mirror, and a modern bidet with heated seat & dryer setting. Also a very clean shower with great water pressure. The decor in the room and throughout the hotel was hip & chic…a really cool vibe. Everyone who worked at the hotel was unbelievable kind and super cool! Thanks to Catherine, Emma, Abraham, and Luis for making the best stay ever and such a great birthday! They truly went above and beyond to make us feel so special! We had brunch at Tony’s, which is an absolutely stunning restaurant. Great service, food, and drinks. We stopped at the bar on three separate occasions and all experiences were great, again, great atmosphere, service, food & drinks! We felt so welcomed by the friendly atmosphere at the J House Greenwich-will be back for sure!"

"I used to stay here often and recently started to stay at the Cambria. They really need to renovate here. It’s so dated and everything is worn. It was fine for the night but there are cheaper/ better options nearby. "

"I ask them upon arriaval and they did not respond to my question about the TV. There is no way to connect to a hot spot or watch anything. Soooo why is it there? The carpet was so gross! It smelled like dirty dog. There were not any sheets for the pull out couch. They did provide them upon my request. I let them know that in their description should be changed since there is no oven. We purchased food to prepare in an oven, and were unable to do so. There also is no laundry as well, which is listed in the amenities."
