Enjoy the great outdoors in Groveland while hiking one of the many trails, or explore the rivers on an exciting rafting tour. Once a gold rush town, check out the local historic jail or visit the Groveland Yosemite Gateway Museum. Take a stroll down Main Street to visit the local shops, restaurants, and the saloon, or enjoy the day at the Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course. In the evening, be sure to take in a show at the Sierra Repertory Theatre.

This home is within a gated community that requires a $42 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is subject to change without notice.
In this mountainous region, cell service and internet access can be intermittent/spotty.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
