Beautiful Condo Steps to the Gulf!

Beautiful condo located on the top floor. Unit is a non-smoking condo that is located across the street from the beach with dedicated beach access. Located 1 mile west of Hwy 59 and minutes to nearby restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, fishing, golf and more. This unit is a non-smoking and no pets allowed unit and is not negotiable.

The complex is equipped with two elevators for your convenience, multiple grills, gazebo for picnics and a beautiful pool.

Unit has a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful furnishings, 55" TV in living area, TVs in each bedroom, DVD for each TV, XBox360 in living area, books, movies, games and more. Up to 6 guests permitted - COA rules.

We had a great time staying at the condo. It was beautiful and such a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend it as a wonderful place to stay in Gulf Shores.

Great place to stay!

Condo was nice. Across the street from the beach with access, nice pool and close to everything. We had a small shower issue, but owner was on top of it and it was fine. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Wonderful Location

We had an amazing time at this condo. The renter was amazing with her communication during the entire process. She had beach toys in the room for us, checking in and out was a breeze the condo itself was beautiful. My family is already ready for our next trip back next summer and can’t wait to book this condo again! Thanks from the Mills family!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay! The owner was very responsive when we have TV issues. There were fun puzzles and games to play, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys for us to bring to the beach (which is only 5 min walk away). Everything was clean. Plenty of pots and pans to cook with. My boys and I had a great time here! Definitely would recommend!

Perfect Safe Location

As a mom traveling alone with an 8 and a 12 year old, I was concerned about being in a safe area. This location was perfect. Everyone we met at the complex was so friendly and the path to the beach was so close!

Cozy condo in paradise!

Pansy was an excellent host! The condo is so cute and cozy, with a short walk to the beach. Safe and quiet area, with anything you could possibly need no more than 10-15 minutes away. We absolutely loved it and plan on rebooking next year! Thanks, Pansy!

We had the best time at our beach getaway! Our stay was exactly as described and we had no issues. Short walk to the beach, close to all the things and our host was easy to communicate with but thankfully we didn’t have to very much!

Fabulous Stay

Our first trip to Gulf Shores and this was everything described! My mom, daughter and I came for her graduation trip and the condo was perfect. We could easily walk to the beach and had dedicated access. The chairs and all the beach supplies were a huge blessing and made it nice to not have to haul or buy any of those items. If coming with small kids, I would recommend bringing a wagon, but for the three of us we easily hauled everything. The beds were comfortable and the entire condo was very clean and well kept.
