Unwind into vacation mode in the open living area, outfitted with ample plush seating -- including a sleeper sofa. After a day at the beach, mix a drink and watch a movie on the 36” cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of helpful appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for two. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the glass-top table set for four.

BEDROOM & BATH

This second-story condo sleeps up to four guests between a bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find quiet privacy in the bedroom, detailed with a comfortable queen bed and 36” cable TV. Farmhouse furnishings create a welcoming ambience.

The sparkling bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Dine alfresco on the covered balcony, furnished with table seating for two.

Soak up the sun in the shared unheated pool (4'-deep and open year-round). Easily rinse off from the beach in the outdoor showers on-site.

Additional guest perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for one car in the complex lot. Please note: parking is prohibited for RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, and 4-wheelers.

An abundance of shops and dining options are a 5-minute drive away in downtown Gulf Shores.

Visit a host of local attractions such as historic Fort Morgan (23.5 miles), the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo (2.5 miles), or the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge (12 miles). Watch gorgeous sunsets at the Gulf State Park Pier (8.6 miles).

Find fun for the whole family at Adventure Island (6.9 miles). Or drive 20 minutes north to explore the play area and amusement park at OWA.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
