50th anniversary trip

Annual Family Trip

Wonderful communication with property manager! Location was perfect for our family. Some of our group came from North Carolina and was their first trip to the Gulf. They loved it! The experience with this home helped with this. We had plenty of room. Everything was exactly as expected.

Amazing place with great location

We loved the location, the private pool, the short walk to the beach, the second fridge, and great communication with rental property checking on us! There is SOOO many beds and spots for others that we wish we would have brought more friends! The only thing to improve would be that there needs to be new electrical outlets installed as all of them will barely allow a plug to atay in them.

The property was exactly what we expected. The location made the vacation 100x better with the amazing view and right on the beach. I did message the manager of the property one time and they never responded to me but we got the issue fixed. Would recommend this location!

Location, location, location

There were 15 of us. This house was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evening, and the beach during the day. Our beach location was perfect. Not crowded at all. We were close to a convenience store and ten minutes from Walmart. No problems with Wi-Fi. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience!

Overall we really enjoyed the beach house. It is spacious and well-equipped with the essentials. The TV in the downstairs bedroom (with bunk beds) didn’t work. Everything else was in good working order.

Amazing Location, Otherwise Disappointing

The beachfront location and private pool were great. The house is in need of a lot of repairs from deferred maintenance and it was NOT clean. Many of the dishes needed handwashed before we used them. The coffee pot glass pitcher had a broken spout tip. We also had to go buy coffee filters before we could use it. There were many cracked and broken tiles. The grout was loose and broken into chunks that were coming out all over the floors, which could be harmful and painful if you stepped on them. The outdoor seating is old, worn and uncomfortable. No cushions were provided for any of the outdoor seating. We also had to purchase an umbrella and stand to provide shade over the pool. The kitchen floors, cabinets and dining tables had dried food particles on them. The back deck had plastic bottle caps and candy strewn about from previous guests. Some of the vents had black dirt and mildew in them. We also noticed a moldy smell in the dining area. Our entire family developed runny noses and sore throats. Overall, the cleanliness was inadequate. On 2 separate occasions, we were disturbed by unannounced visits. The first was from a staircase repair man, who we asked to come back after our departure. The second was from the pool cleaning service. We were never notified by management that anyone was scheduled to come during our stay. In summary, the location, view and private pool were excellent. All other aspects were disappointing, especially considering the cost.

Great Family Vacation

The property was amazing and we had a wonderful time. We were worried when we drove up bc it is on the main road but that was not a problem at all. The beach is beautiful and we were the only ones in front of our house so that made it so nice to not have to fight the crowds. The house was clean and very spacious. It is the first house we stayed in that had that many bedrooms and the living and kitchen area matched the amount of people we had staying there. There was plenty of room for everyone!!! We had 9 adults and 4 kids under the age of 5. We loved the deck and the pool. The pool is not in the shade so we would rig our beach umbrella's, in the afternoons, to cover the pool for the littles! The pool water was very warm by afternoon. Our family loved it and we will be back!!!

Perfect Beach location!

This summer we took our first big family vacation with 14 extended family members and Triple Seas was the perfect place! There was plenty of space for all of us and there was lots of room to spread out. The view was gorgeous with just a short walk to the beach. Our family loved the private pool and utilized it daily! Overall the house was in good condition. However there were several outlets that were loose or didn’t work and missing their covers. We also found several nails/glass in the covered driveway due to recent renovations to the house. Unfortunately our check in was delayed due to cleaning and we couldn’t get into the house until 4:30. With all of that being said, we would definitely stay here again! Our family had a wonderful time and we felt like this was the perfect house for us!

Great location, house is lacking

Overall we had a wonderful trip! Triple Seas is in a great location and overall the house suited our needs. However, there were quite a few things that need attention and unfortunately left us underwhelmed for the amount of money we spent to stay there. When we arrived at the designated check-in time, the code didn’t work. The front door didn't latch correctly, you could push against it and it would open right up. The deck floor had loose boards and screws sticking up everywhere. If you didn't watch, you could easily cut your foot. Several deck chairs were broken or nearly broken. Didn’t have any cushions either. The pool area and lower parking area were littered with trash and debris when we arrived. We spent the first 30 minutes cleaning the area up. Pool light didn't work, so no night time swims. The doorknob on the bedroom with the window overlooking the living room was about to fall off. That room could also use a curtain or blinds of some kind, due to it overlooking the living room. Nearly all the plug-ins were loose and things wouldn't stay plugged in. They would also spark when plugging things in. Can't be safe or up to code. Downstairs main shower handle falls off. Upstairs AC didn't work in king room. There were no hooks anywhere in the house to hang towels, purses, etc. Several floor tiles were broken, resulting in us having to put duct tape. This house could be great with some TLC put back into it!

Great Family Beach Home

amazing vacation

We couldn't have had a better time. Between the beach and the pool was amazing!!! House was very clean. Restaurant, Ice cream, and little store in walking condition. We had 10 adults and 11 kids ranging from 12 - 8 months. Plenty of space. Great way to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our family !!!! We had an issue with a tub handle and they were quick to respond !!!

We knew from the reviews that the house was older and some items were not in good repair and the price reflects that. Everything was clean and the management company was extremely responsive. I would recommend taking a good knife, pans, and any utensils you cannot live without while cooking. The two fridges were a lifesaver and the washer and dryer were new and worked great. It was difficult to find good outlets that held electronics chargers, they seemed to fall out if they had any weight to them. There was plenty of towels for showers, though bring beach towels. It also would be nice if there were a nonslip rug inside the living room patio door for wet feet. We had 9 girls, age 5 to 68 for the trip and thoroughly enjoyed the patio and beach area.

The triple seas is a great beachfront home, if you’re not looking for anything fancy.

Triple seas is about a 5 minute drive to the hangout and the pink pony pub. Roughly about 25 minutes to other attractions, like The Gulf (get the lobster roll!) and the pirate ship cruise! Also, the track is a fun place to go Thankfully, this home was close to the attractions and was beach front because the house itself is far from lagging. I hope you enjoy a weeks worth of sand on your feet, because the vacuum cleaner was broken. But have no fear, the handy dandy broom is there to pick up every piece. The patio furniture is run down, and some were completely broken, with screws sticking out. We did reach out about this, and we were brought about 8 flimsy plastic chairs. The pool lounger pads are at least 8 years old, with barely any cushion. The pool was a lovely algae green on our first day, but thankfully was cleaned the next day. There are large pieces of siding missing, to the point the bunk area was leaking during a storm. One of the upstair bedroom AC units was broken, and there’s odd windows that you can see into some of the bedrooms. Looking to charge your phone? That won’t happen in the upstair king bedroom, as nothing stays into the plugs up there. Also, be prepared to wake up with the sun! There are blinds on some of the windows, but not all, and there aren’t any curtains if you have littles that need naps during the day. In addition, if you’re an unpacker, this probably isn’t the best house. The closets are filled with random stuff, especially the closet under the stairs. Furniture and decor were literally thrown in there. The upstair bedroom closest had broken furniture thrown into them. The pantry was locked, and completely unusable, so we had to improvise with the other cabinets. Another reason why it’s great there are so many restaurants nearby? The grill is completely unusable. We typically like to grill and hang out at the house one night of our vacation, but the grill was full of yuck and completely rusted out. To make your stay more enjoyable, I suggest bringing: over the door hooks because there is no where to hang wet bath towels,hand soap for bathrooms, extra kitchen towels (there was only one). It wasn’t all gloom and doom, the bunk area was pretty cool for the bigger kids.The beach area is very clean and the powdery sugar sand was perfect for lounging. Also, there are two refrigerators, which is a must for multiple families! Lastly, the home felt clean on our first day, which is always appreciated.
