Very nice house, great location. Worked wonderful for our extended family of 15. We had an amazing week, our son proposed to his girlfriend. A vacation we will never forget.

Idyllic Beach Front House

This was a very easy renting experience, and an beautiful beach front rental. Relaxing on the covered porch at anytime of day was probably our favorite feature, along with the private boardwalk straight onto the beach. Very convenient location. Would love to return ASAP.

Great family vacation

All 17 family members loved the house, ages 2-59. Boardwalk to beach made it easy to carry all of our toys and chairs. Lots of bathrooms for fast nightly showers. Extra frig, dishwasher, and ice maker was a plus! Covered deck was well used. Would definitely stay here again.

Beachside Gulf Shores Property for Large Groups

Short drive to restaurants/stores in Gulf Shores but far enough away from condos to keep beach from being crowded.

Finntastic for family vacation

Our group of 17 enjoyed our week at Finntastic. The location was very nice as the beach was just steps outside the back door. We truly appreciated the two washer/dryers and two dishwashers. Dishes were well stocked. The stand alone ice maker was great to fill cooler bags for the beach. There were several beach chairs and toys available for use.

Fun friend and family vacation

We had a great time at Finntastic! The size of the house was wonderful for our party of 14 with lots of room to move around, ample sleeping and bathroom accommodations and dining. The two levels of decks were great for watching the waves and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back. The location was perfect and we never had to fight for a spot on the beach with an easy walk from the private walkover. Areas that could be improved: wash for sand on the deck was not working, provide more/better toilet paper and paper towels for guests that are there for a week.

This house was perfect for for our large group, it was perfectly located, and the views were amazing. We had 9 adults with 6 kids and literally had more than enough space. We will definitely be back. Oh! And we saw dolphin, stingray and 1 man caught a shark while fishing!! Again, awesome place!!!

Annual Family Beach Vacation

This vacation was planned almost a year ago and there would be 13 of us gathering together as usual. Three days before we were scheduled to arrive at the beach, my husband suddenly, unexpectedly died from a cardiac event. We made arrangements and kept our plans so the kids, grandkids and I could gather at the beach, breathe the salt air, and begin to heal. Finntastic was a beautiful retreat to help us through the most terrible time in our lives. Kevin responded to our messages promptly, and when a couple of issues were reported to property management, they were quickly, smoothly resolved. Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful week. We were fortunate that the entire week was sunny. The beach was clean and not crowded. We got our chairs on the beach early to claim a spot directly in front of the house. The kids went parasailing and we rented a paddle board. Lots of toys and even an umbrella. Guests leave stuff so there is enough to do. Lots of games too. The only concern is that the housekeeper was still cleaning at 4pm. They didn’t vacuum. We had a crawling baby in our party so we immediately vacuumed. We will be back. Happy family vacation and worth it!

Nice, but needs repairs

House and location is really great. However the house needs a good bit of repairs. Door to main patio could not open or close properly. First set of stairs, which has a ceramic tile facade, is cracked and broken in several places, creating a hazardous walkway. Two of the toilets never did flush properly. On site grill was left with charcoal and extremely dirty

Amazing!

We had 17 people stay in this house. Everything was top notch from the booking to check out. Very comfortable beds and enough space for everyone. Kitchen was very well equipped and even included a crock pot and pressure cooker. The two refrigerators and ice maker were great two have. We always had cold drinks and didn’t have to buy ice one time. The outside deck was great with a ton of seating and comfortable at all times of the day. I can’t say enough great things about this beach house. The sand was soft and powdery white. Beach was great with some shells and just enough waves that the big kids could have fun and the littles could actually get in as well. Overall everything was perfect including all of the beds. 17 people make a lot of trash and it gets picked up twice a week. Rental company had it picked up when the people before us didn’t put it out. Don’t pass on this house! Finntastic was great for all of our crew!
