Inside, you'll find a well-appointed space designed for comfort and style. The open floor plan features luxurious granite countertops, custom tile work, and a wet bar, making it perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Whether you choose to dine at the dining table set for six, on one of the four barstools at the kitchen counter, or out on the balcony while enjoying a gorgeous sunset, every meal is a pleasure.

The Gulf-front primary bedroom, with its own balcony access, features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a jetted garden tub and a custom walk-in shower—your private retreat after a day on the beach.

The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a bunk bed with a queen-sized mattress. One of the guest bedrooms has a private bath, while the third bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hall. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also provided in the unit.
