"Very nice accommodation for the weekend, despite the air conditioner being out of order. Property mgr handled the situation very professionally. There is a restaurant/bar and adult pool below. Be prepared for music, laughing and a lot of loud conversations until about 10pm. Then they are closed and it is silent. The view from our balcony was fantastic ….. sea birds and dolphins and we think we saw some manatee activity. Short drive to honeymoon island state park and beach , as well as downtown...

This location is within walking distance of at least 30 restaurants and several shops. No need to rent a car. "Very clean, safe location, close to restaurants, and shopping. Only real issue with the property that we experienced was that our hot water heater wasn’t heating up. The maintenance guys came quickly, and fixed the issue. They were very professional, personable, and polite. Also, no on-site parking, which was a little inconvenient. Most of the parking around the hotel is only 2 hour parking between 8 am -6 pm. There are parking lots within a 10-15 minute walk. After 6 pm you can park overnight...

"It was a nice place to stay. Overall everything was clean. In the living room was a 2nd bed instead of a couch which was interesting and would be hard to actually have 2 couples there. But otherwise it was good. Also communication with property owner was great!"

"Intenet was down and lock had to be fixed when they gave us the room. Should have gotten at least a small discount. Super inconvenient to not be able to leave your stuff in your hotel room becauee the lock was broken. But good other then that"

"The bed was not the most comfortable. Housekeeping barged in 15 minutes before we were supposed to be out, did not even knock. But the unit was clean and it was a quick walk to the beach which is just across the street. Plenty of other things within walking distance too. "

"The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal...

"I love Sailport. It's my 2nd stay. I travel for business & I appreciate the extra security at the front gate. The views are beautiful & I enjoy having my morning tea on the balcony. The full kitchen allows me to bring my own food & save money on eating out. Due to traveling for business, I don't use the pool very often, but this time I took time to sit on the beach area & listen to the water wash up on the rocks. So relaxing after a long day. "
