“Clean room, and bar downstairs. Great food. But after about my 3rd or 4th night at this hotel, they did move me to the room right under the club. Loud music of course, and no sleep. It was clear they wanted me to go”

“I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites St. Petersburg Downtown and had a disappointing experience. Check in was at 4 pm, but when we arrived at 4:10, one of our two rooms was still not ready. No one informed us when it became available, we had to follow up ourselves. The staff overall were rude and unhelpful. One room faced the highway, making it very noisy at night, and the smoke alarm kept beeping. Calls to the front desk went unanswered. The next day, we were told room service required 24……

“Ok area walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars. Parking none existing. Room could have been cleaner. ”

“The Hotel needs updates. In the public area there are stained ceiling tiles, peeling wall paper. The rooms were OK but the bathroom was very small with very little counter space. The toilet was old and very low. The room had a tub, no walk in shower and the diverter for the shower worked poorly. The price was reasonable but the hotel definitely needs an update”

“Excellent hotel may not have been in the best area but it was close by everything and conveniently located. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options each morning. Great experience overall and I would definitely stay here again.”

“The property is falsely advertised as a bed and breakfast. It even says “bed and breakfast” on the entrance, and the rate is higher than other properties in the neighborhood. But it’s a sham, there is no breakfast, there is no staff on site to clean your room or change the towels, and the owner is full of crap when you complain. Do yourself a favor and look for another place to stay. Don’t take my word for it- look at reviews going back to 2024 calling them out on this. ”
