As soon as you walk in you are treated to the most stunning view of the ocean. This property is within walking distance to restaurants and The Coconut Market Place for shopping and groceries. “Location was great! All instructions were helpful and accurate! Huge bathroom and spacious bedroom! We had some loud neighbors during the day! With jealousies (louvre windows) you don’t always feel like you have privacy and we could hear everything they said! Not a fault of this property but bad timing!”

“This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.”

“This place is perfect for a short stay. It's small, but the lanai makes it larger and becomes the living/dining room. Pool is great, communication with owner easy. Note that there is no kitchen, but there is a small toaster, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, so it's perfect for preparing breakfasts and lunches and warming up takeout. Comfortable bed, and I love the key-less entry.”

“We have stayed Emmalani court before, but not in this unit. The unit is in the first building as you drive in on the right, at the end of the walkway and located upstairs. The kitchen is well stocked with dishwashing soap, dishwashing liquid coffee maker, and any kitchen utensil that you could possibly think of. “We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with 10 nights in Princeville. Our last time on the island was 9 years ago, and I expected to spend more time walking the beach at Hanalei Bay and along the trails by the golf course. But we ended up staying "home" alot more to enjoy that view across Anini Bay over to the Kilauea Lighthouse. And even though it was the very end of the humpback whale season, we did see them breaching on two occasions! The NaPali Coast tour out of Hanalei Bay with NaPali...

“As i had a bad back, i had a downstairs unit. It was easy for me to move about. Loved the chicken's and birds on the grounds. Got help with me luggage. The pull-out couch in the living room was hard to sleep on. Very lumpy. In the folder you suppled for information You should have the phone # for the front desk on the first psge in the booklet. Hard to find. Had a great stay. Will come back again.”

“This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha.”
