My family and I ran into a little issue at night, and they were quick to respond and send someone as soon as they could to resolve the problem. “Our stay was nice. The room was suitable. It was confusing finding where to park, it's in an entirely different parking lot than the studio. The beach it sits on is nice with comfortable chairs, but pretty rocky in the water. AC was advertised, but we were asked to use it as little as possible. Not sure what was up with the shower amenities provided, but they were the cheapest shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. Pretty sure the conditioner was half water. Definitely bring your own! “There were 200 in additional resort fees that we found out about once we got there which wasn’t very fun. The ‘Add’l Resort Fees’ should be more specific. Maybe we just missed it with our lack of reading but be more specific please about the fees & what they are for & how much they are. ”

“We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. Our trip started on a rough note when we arrived late in the evening to find the unit had not been cleaned—dirty beds, no clean towels, leftover food, dirty dishes, etc. Fortunately, our host was extremely responsive and had a cleaning crew on-site quickly. Within about two hours, the unit was cleaned and ready for us. While we appreciated the fast response, some compensation for the inconvenience would have been appreciated, as it……
