"We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The property is an absolute delight and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Our trip to Orlando this year was to relax by the pool and the guys to go golfing (we have done the parks a couple of times), and we could not have asked for anything more! Kazan was the most wonderful host, who helped us move to this villa from the original we had booked into, that did not have a functioning pool. Kazan could not do enough for us in a very difficult situation that did spoil our first 2 days of our holiday. The communication from Kazan was above and beyond what we expected, and I felt that I had made a friend. "We recently stayed here to celebrate my son’s graduation from High school with my father flying in from NY. This home was absolutely beautiful and had everything our family needed to enjoy a wonderful family vacation together. The hosts Kathy and Doug are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was a breeze. The property was immaculate, private, secure, and in a safe gated community. The kitchen was fully equipped for making family meals, the game room had everything we needed to enjoy family time together. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa. The hosts provided information at the property on where to go for food and entertainment however, the place is so wonderful that we spent most of the time enjoying time together at the property using the game room and pool area together. I highly recommend this rental for all your vacation needs. This property has everything you want and need for a perfect vacation with your family. We truly enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend!!"

"The house was perfect! It was big enough, the pool was AMAZING, the heating was well worth the extra cost for us! Minimal issues, but when an issue did arise, the property management company was super friendly and helpful! Would absolutely recommend this property!"

"The house more than met our needs. With two primary suites it was just what we needed since we were traveling with my mother that is 93. The house was very clean except the glasses in the cabinet which we had to wash. The pool was perfect for our granddaughter to have a good time. We did quite a bit of cooking and everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay. The area is very quiet & peaceful. The condo was very clean with comfortable beds. We travelled with our dogs & they loved watching the world from the lanani as we enjoyed our morning coffee. One thing to beware of if someone visits with dogs, the old golf course is covered with beggar lice weed, so I would not recommend walking dogs in that area. There are lots of other areas available to use for walks. We recommend the condo for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the Lake Marion area."
