“Front desk lady was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Love this hotel is clean and quiet! ”

“Easy to park”

“So it was the cheapest hotel in and around Glasgow so we booked it. It advertised check in from 1400 onwards, and didnt say there was a time you couldnt check in afterwards with that. We had a day out, train was due back into Glasgow at 2143, got back around 2200, got a train to Hamilton West, walked to hotel, got there around 11, and we saw it was locked with no way in. We then scoured the email that we got, only to see in the wall of text that max check in was 9pm, which in my opinion should……

“Scott was a delightful host. The breakfast was a true highlight. The room was cozy and comfortable. The private bath was a welcome amenity! Additionally, his advice on transportation and navigation in and out of the city was invaluable!”

“First time staying at the Torrance after trying other hotels in east kilbride, Definitely a level above and everything from Food Room And staff was of a very high standard. Sure to come back again and look forward to it. Garry Mcilreavy”

“We thought the room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable, with a nice view too. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurant provided good quality food, with some interesting menu items that we enjoyed - pakora and haggis pastry with pepper sauce. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“A one night stay on a B&B rate booked through Expedia, arriving late evening on what was a horrible weather night. Did not attend the bar but it appeared to be well stocked. Easy check-in which was open till 11pm and reception staff were very pleasant. Plenty of parking available with 2 disabled bays only. It was rather dark around the entrance road to where the main door was but thankfully there were plenty of car spaces to choose from. The room was a good size, clean & warm room which was……

“好簡單方便入住，環境舒適，位置方便”

“Cosy room, comfortable bed, excellent TV and easy to cast my own entertainments. Self-laundry is very good, but if the app for it becomes more friendly should be excellent. Wish you expand your business to more cities.”

“早餐無refill，早上九點多麵包已食完，由於無空調，要開窗睡覺，附近太多酒吧，比較嘈”
