“The apartment was clean & comfortable.We were there when the weather was somewhat chilly (40 degrees F overnight) and the gas fireplace was able to heat the entire apartment, including the bedroom (a space heater was provided but not needed.) The kitchen was somewhat small (no oven) but enough equipment was provided to fix a simplemeal. The property is easy walking distance from downtown Hammondsport as well as the lake.Our hostess, Suzanne, provided all the information we needed and was quick……

“The house was gorgeous and we enjoyed it a lot. Just a few comments. There were used towels hanging in the upstairs main bedroom door. The water heater didn't work until late night where we had to contact support. There were black ants on the kitchen counter. Generally the house was a bit dusty and the outside furniture had cob webs.”
