"Bed cover was burnt with cigarette burns, i know it was a smoking room but upkeep of some things like burned bedding could be looked at"

The only negative feedback I would give is that the front desk staff seemed annoyed to check us in and out? It did not subtract from the enjoyment of my stay, just odd nonetheless. "

"We arrived late on a Saturday, and were woken by 2 ladies talking loudly and constantly by the front entrance (for over an hour). Then on Monday we were awakened by a loud consistent knocking on our door. When we didn’t answer the person went to the outside door and started knocking. I got out of bed and she wanted to know if we wanted our room serviced????? It was 9 AM. She marked us as “no service”???? Other than that, the stay was perfect. The front desk people were great"
