"Really lovely place! I didn’t know what to expect when I booked this hotel, as places in England can be hit or miss, but I was pleasantly surprised! It’s in a beautiful historic location. Check-in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. Our room was very spacious and had plenty of room for my family of four. The jacuzzi was nice and warm. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with lots of hot and cold options. The coffee was tasty and they even gave me a to-go cup to take a coffee to go. "

"It was a lovely hotel that has just been renovated and they were finishing off the last floor whilst we were there May 24. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dinner in the bar although my chilli con carne didnt have any chilli in it. We found it easy to park. Breakfast was rrally nice fresh, and no greese at all, pouched and fried eggs were cooked to order, the fresh bread was amazing. I really clean hotel, would book here again. "
