"The shuttle was really late for pick up. The front desk gave me the wrong timing for dinner at a restaurant, the burger place food leaves a lot to be desired. The room is not well thought out - took awhile to figure out how to turn the lighting the bathroom (it was connected to the light for the hallway on delay), no outlets by the bed to charge technology, no hand towels. Basic hotel, somewhat outdated."

"King size room was nice but the bed. My husband and I keep ending up in the middle, no choice!"

"This was rated over 8 on a scale of 1-10. I honestly don't understand how. I am not a super picky person and I understand that for the price I paid I am not getting a first class experience. With that in mind it would make zero sense for me to complain about the size of the room, which was pretty small, but can accept. What is worth mentioning is that the air conditioning didn't work. It was uncomfortably warm in there. The next night we opened the window and got some relief, but couldn't keep it open because there was no screen and there were mosquitos. Additionally, the sink didn't drain properly, so we had to be very careful not to rinse our mouths into the sink after brushing or it would sit there for hours while it slowly drained. I did not bring any of this to the attention of the staff. I didn't want to bother them and figured there was not much they could do anyway. Maybe I should have and they would have moved me to a different room. They were very nice and polite or other questions I had and also made sure we had the size bed I had paid for, so that was nice. Would I stay again? Maybe. It depends on what else was available when I booked. the location was definitely convenient."

"My family and I LOVED this hotel! Nice, large comfortable room with good space for 4 adults. Fantastic breakfast with good options for snacks and supper. Wonderful warm pool, steam and dry sauna, and weight room. There is laundry on site for a small fee(soap included), a market and a movie theater. Free shuttle from Schiphol airport and the return trip is 5 euros per person. We will come back!!"

"Every aspect of the hotel was spot on no faults. Even when I was emailing the evening before my arrival to arrange something nice in our room to surprise and celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. It didn’t seem too much trouble and emails were answered promptly. Thank you all for making it a special weekend. Kind regards Steve Riley"

"Clean and convenient, good location, quiet"

"The hotel is located in a good area if you prefer a quiet stay. It’s also large, so your rooms are of decent size. However, my room was extremely hot. The staff informed us our AC was broken and nothing could be done to fix it. There was no other room available at that time. To compensate, they offered a breakfast upgrade. As well, the house keeping service can be avoided if you prefer 5$ voucher cards. But this felt a bit scam-like as a coffee or beer is 4.50 euro and you loose the .50 cents. One last thought, if you have a nut or peanut allergy do not expect to eat the breakfast. Peanut butter had scattered to the fruits and cups. I tried to alert staff but it was difficult to get them to understand what an allergy is and how serious it can be."

"We stayed at this hotel mainly because of the airport shuttle. They were the only ones who had one which started at 4 am. As we had an early flight the next day (705 am), it was a definite plus for us. We had arrived early from an overseas flight and the woman at the front desk was able to accommodate getting us into a room quickly so we could rest - she saw we were exhausted. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Not a lot of amenities in the room - no coffee facilities, no USB ports, no fridge - however the bed was very comfortable."

"The breakfast was simple but good. It was nice having a 24 hour coffee machine at my disposal. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room didn't work so the room was very hot and stuffy all night! And the bedside light didn't work on one side. It's a fairly new and modern hotel so that was kind of a shame."
