Everything was excellent, we stayed in a newly renovated room, everything was clean. Staff were helpful. The only complaint was the bathroom door was so squeaky but alerted the staff and I’m sure they will get on that asap

Room was clean and well maintained. We got the jetted tub which was amazing for our young son, he had a blast in there. Water pressure in the showers definitely needs work, but beyond that the stay was great. The new addition of Montanas was a pleasant surprise!! Food was delicious!

Nothing wrong with the hotel or staff, just cleanliness of the bathroom was the only issue. There was mold/mildew around the bottom of the shower and there was hair on the shower wall and shelf inside the shower. We should have let the staff know, I'm sure they would have done something about it but we just wanted to get ourselves and young kids cleaned up and get to sleep. We didn't want to change rooms or stay up waiting for someone to clean something that should already have been cleaned.

Pool was nice and clean. Horrible view out our window. Scaffolding as there are workers there but there was garbage all over the ground. Coffee cups, food wrappers, styrofoam all over. We didn’t see any workers for 2 days so they obviously left their garbage behind. Also would be better value if breakfast was included. Bathroom layout is terrible. Can’t even open bathroom door when you sit on the toilet.

Clean and spacious room with all the amenities we needed. Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, they offered complimentary food as a thoughtful gesture, which was greatly appreciated. The location is convenient, with shops nearby, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend this hotel

The only thing I can see a complaint over is there are renovations happening with the restaurant attached. But other than that it was beautiful place to stay within the mountains for a great a great price. Very very friendly.
