"Had to pay twice. The property said they never got paid by Expedia despite us showing them the receipt. We expect a refund from one of them. No toilet paper in the room when we arrived. The room smelled terribly like a wet dog and the window shades didn’t work either. Worst stay we have ever had to be honest."
