"The hotel is excellent. Looks exactly like the pictures. The beds are comfy and rooms are kept clean and spacious. Food is Delicious and the buffet options are endless. The one thing I would say is they should play music at the bars. When sitting there enjoying a drink late night you do so in silence, doesn't exactly scream "good time"otherwise this hotel is perfect!!"

"I stayed here for my birthday and even with my room not being decorated when I arrived and I met the owner she made it her job to go decorate the room for my birthday and make my stay extremely welcome. The bar staff is wonderful. Wish I was there Friday when they had a pool party! "

"I read bad reviews after booking however during my visit there it was the total opposite. The check in process was smooth and we were taken to the room immediately after check in. There are a variety of restaurants and food options however you must note that some restaurants are not open everyday for dinner as they alternate with the others on site. There were alcoholic drinks available from the morning period and the servers never once scrimped on the amounts. The pool area was clean and there were always adequate beach towels available as well as lounge chairs. There were daily activities as well as nightly entertainment and the adjoining casino also provided some entertainment when it was just too hot to be outside. Check out was alos smooth and they kept luggage on site until it was time to go to the airport."

"Great spot. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is a great place.$60 taxi to town and $50 taxi to the airport. The spa is beautiful. Restaurants were delish! I would not upgrade to VIP, as I saw no real benefit to it, except for the adult-only pool, and the views from the ocean suites were much nicer. "

"This was our third visit to the Atelier Skalo Boutique Hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. We had to change our reservation, and the hotel staff was understanding and efficient in helping us with that. Then we got two lovely surprises when we checked in; a personal and heartfelt note thanking us for the return business, and a free upgrade to a beautiful suite that happened to be available. LOVE this hotel and we will always stay there when traveling to or through Curacao. "
