If u are looking for a nice quiet place right outside Livingston with gorgeous views then this is your place. This is one of the best places I have stayed at in a while . "This guest house was perfect for my short stay while visiting family in Bozeman. The house was well stocked with all the essentials. Bed was super comfy. Appreciated the little details like blackout shades for those sunny mornings! Close to the airport and a quick trip to town. The house was immaculate. I would definitely say again!"

"This is a cute place with lots of character. We enjoyed the location as we were able to walk to several local hot spots. But keep in mind it is downtown with bars across the street, so there is street noise until after 2:00. This would be a great place to stay during football season!"

"My husband and I stayed here for our first few nights in Bozeman. The location is absolutely incredible and allows you to walk everywhere. Close to everything you want to visit and it’s super comfortable making you feel like you’re at home. The communication with the property manager was great and we would stay here again. Highly recommend!"
