"We had a great time here! The few negatives: the bed was really hard (but it was nice to have a king size bed), the room was cooled by an old school ac unit, which was loud, and kicked on and off, and the room was very dated and not very sound proof. I heard the birds early in the morning, very clearly. HOWEVER, I know they're slowly renovating the rooms so I'm giving allowance for that. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was really fun with the fire pit and the bar...

"We walked in and the house was clean and had anything you needed. We had a lovely time! The hostess was so accommodating."

"This place was beautifully and stylishly decorated and very clean. Pictures do not do the place justice. The main bedroom is very good sized. The second bed is up a narrow spiral staircase that our kids enjoyed…but I am not sure we would have enjoyed climbing up and down so much. There isn’t any sort of view out the windows, but that didn’t bother us since the lake was steps outside the door. Plus, the location gives you access to all the recreational equipment at the campsite next door...

"We had a great time at this location. The house was big and easily accommodated the 14 of us. The location was great with beautiful views. We were impressed with how clean the house was. The Baxter Marina was across the street and the people there are super friendly. Also we were impressed with how clean the Marina was. We highly recommend this place!"

"can't say I loved the place. It's in need of some upgrades . The cottage was cheap and we needed a getaway. You get a little less than what you pay for. We stayed in one of the cottages up front. The London flat room. The room is drafty with gaps in the doorway. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The shower is tiny and you can't adjust the head so short people like myself just get blasted in the face the whole time. The mini fridge froze everything we put in there. "Our stay was great. Stayed friday thru monday. Hot tub was nice and clean. House was cozy and clean. Great to have the has grill there as well. Beds not the most comfortable but were still good."

"The house is very well stocked. We really appreciated all the extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are spacious. Lots of room to eat, play games, or just stretch out and relax. We very much enjoyed our stay."
