“It was under construction, all outside lights were dangling down on exposed wires. Carpet tack strips face up and debris everywhere. My room smelt like mold, the bathroom ceiling was in poor condition. The bathroom light, only one bulb illuminated, had no cover plate over it and flickered when you turned it on.
