Located across the street from Waikiki Beach, with endless dining, shopping, and activities just steps away! Centrally located in the PERFECT location to enjoy everything Waikiki offers! Complies with vacation rental rules!

This property complies with all local vacation rental rules and regulations! This privately owned and operated Waikiki Beach Tower condo offers large spaces, ocean views, and all the amenities the hotel has to offer.

The spacious interior offers 2 bedrooms (California King in the master bedroom and 2 Singles in the guest bedroom), 2 full baths, and a large living/dining area. The Living Room has a Queen size sofa bed, with plenty of room for two comfortable rollaway beds - comfortably accommodates 6 guests! The full kitchen is fully stocked, and includes an oven, stove range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The unit also includes a washer and dryer, so you'll always have clean, fresh clothes and bathing suits! An incredible value in the heart of Waikiki! Amenities in the building include a heated pool, shallow pool, hot tub, cozy cabanas, BBQs, expansive outdoor seating area with fire-pits, and 2 fitness rooms. Covered and secured parking is also included, which is a rare find in Waikiki!

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
Because a previous guest may check out of the condo on the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in is if you reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we do our best to accommodate late check-out requests, but because the next guest may check in on the day of your departure, we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional day.

GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $7 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of our favourite local spots.

In the guest portal, you will have the option of selecting either a fully refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

All guests must agree to our terms of service. By confirming the reservation, you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. (Note: We do require our primary guests to be at least 25 years old.)
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully completing the guest portal.
• Please note that there is an extra fee of $35/per guest per night after 6 guests.
