“Clean, bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. ”

“This is the first time we have stayed at this property. It was very clean, up to date, the front desk was so friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and so clean. When we are in this area again, we will reserve another stay. ”

“The check in staff were warm and inviting. Very helpful in finding a place to go grab dinner in town. Cookies on the night stand sold me. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were modern and clean.”

“It definitely served our needs for one night while passing through. It looks like it used to be a pretty major hotel back in its day (glass elevator overlooking what probably used to be an indoor pool.) It’s now tiled over and looks like a huge reception hall surrounded by rooms that overlook it. Our room was quite spacious! “The first room I was given had dirt between the sheets as well as something pink spilled in them. Soaked through to the mattress pad. I could tell they had not been changed. I politely asked for a set of clean sheets as I believed one of the beds had been overlooked. He said he will come change them. Then when he came down to see he agreed they were dirty and just gave me a key to a different room….SAME THING HAPPENED….one of the beds had dirt from feet and food crumbs in the sheets!! When he……

“The room was clean. However, 2 of the containers were off the wall, laying on the counter. All three, soap, shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and looked like it hadn't been filled in a while. The ice maker was broken and looked like it had been broken for a while. The hotels' web site advertises a continental breakfast. Nope. In fact, when we stayed there in 2023, they said that they hadn't served the breakfast since covid. They need to update their website to reflectthat there is……
