"This property had an east facing deck overlooking the water with many eastern windows. It's a cozy place for a couple; a gas fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere. The kitchen is quite complete (no dishwasher), and it opens onto the deck. Very convenient right off of Rt 6, but we were far enough away that we didn't notice the traffic."

"Our cottage was one of several on the same lot. We had plenty of privacy, it would be a great location for a family reunion as many families could have their own house. Our cottage was clean and well-equipped, on the water. It was too cold for us in early May, but the shared dock would be fun for canoeing and kayaking in the warmer months. Definitely a spot to return to."

"Ron made the entire process very easy and was great to deal with! He was very accommodating for everything and goes out of his way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! According to previous reviews, this place was not the greatest in the past. Ron recently purchased this property and has been doing extensive renovations to the entire place and really turning things around! I think that in a little more time and a few more renovations, things will be even better!"

"We had wonderful weather and loved the Top sail cottage. We cooked on the grill and sat on the enclosed deck with our dog every day and enjoyed the water view. We plan on returning very soon."

"Cute, clean and charming cottage. Check in process was easy. We were surprised by the daily cleaning service provided but no complaints to having fresh towels and bed being laid! Nice front porch but some parts were rotten, so felt unsafe to use. Appliances were bit dated but kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and crockery."

"Loved this small cottage for my off-peak stay. Great view of the cove, plenty of sun on the deck... the house had all amenities listed. I had a little touble with the door code upon check-in (my fault) but it was very quickly resolved for me within 2 minutes over the phone. It's tough pulling out of the driveway onto route 6, but worth it for the views! And close to so many things. I cant wait to come back. I still give 5 stars but a couple suggestions. The shower has extremely high water...
