“The room was absolutely perfect for a short trip to Caddo Lake. Two beds, shower/toilet, AC, parking, TV with roku, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and easy access to everything around the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the AC kept us cool the entire stay. My only complaint is that the showerhead was too powerful, and the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. There is peeling on the floor.”

“The cabin has a good location to access the water; however, it is poorly maintained. Upon arrival, we noticed the chairs and tables outside were covered with dust and bird poo. We cannot close the door very well and we had to fix it. There was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner provided. What is even worse, we didn’t dare to use the microwave or coffee maker because they look dirty. The refrigerator is also dirty.”

“This is the second time we have stayed at Lakeside Landing, and this was better than the 1st! The hot tub was amazing. It was the perfect way to unwind after a busy day of using all of the houses amenities to keep ourselves busy outside. My kids had a blast and we made memories at last lifetime.. Jennifer checked in on us said just the right times to make sure that we had everything we need and we did. The kitchen was fully stopped so we could have our family breakfast. There’s a little store……

“Great place to stay and relax. We enjoyed the kayaks and all the amenities offered. The porches were a great place to sit and relax all day. We had campfires and hot tub time at night. It rained a bit extra one day and the septic seemed to back up but it resolved and the owner was very responsive to us.I would definitely stay again!”
