Very clean and comfortable, plus nice extra touches like toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, etc. in case you forgot any essentials. Very safe neighborhood and wonderful communication with owners. Would definitely stay here again.

Gateway to Coronado review

Navy family get together

The owners are very friendly and helpful if you needed anything. This place has lots of room downstairs. And the bedrooms and closets are very large and nice walk in closets. I will this this a 10 out of 10.

CLEAN and spacious!

Owners were very friendly and such a pleasure to work with. Easily get a hold of if needed etc. the unit was as advertised. Plenty of rooms and bathroom for 2 families. I love the cleanliness of the unit and free parking for 2 small vehicles. We will definitely stay again with this owner. Our Aloha for having us from Kauai and Maui!

Graduation Stay

Great Location!

Really enjoyed the townhouse and it’s location. It is only 5 minutes from Silver Strand Beach and 15 minutes from Coronado. Also lots of restaurants in Imperial Beach. Easy to hop on I-5 and get downtown. Hosts were great and kept in touch. Great place to stay with family.

Everything you need!

Gateway to Coronado was fabulous! Everything was provided for us, even extra toothbrushes and toothpaste if we had forgotten ours. Hosts have a lot of pride in their property and it shows. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The area is quiet and you can learn about some San Diego history if you take a short walk down the path. If you're missing your own dogs because you had to leave them at home, don't worry, there are plenty friendly dogs to meet at the complex.We also enjoyed the proximity to downtown San Diego without being right in the city. Travel time was less than 15 minutes to everything we wanted to do.We will definitely book again with Harold and Nataliya when we are in the area!

Fun in Coronado

The townhouse located just within 15 min from beautiful Coronado beach. There are other beautiful beaches nearby. Everything you need is within couple of minutes drive including shopping, restaurants, gas. The location in near San Diego and all the fun activities. The property has everything you need and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would book in the future

A comfortable and carefree stay

Everything was perfect and exactly as advertised. The hosts were very attentive, checking in via text to make sure everything was OK. The location is great, with a nature path for walking, running, or cycling. You can get a day or week pass at IB Fitness gym across the street and there are lots of other amenities nearby. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect for Rest and Relaxation

I needed a place to recuperate from a surgery I had before heading back home to Arizona. We were very comfortable and loved how many things were within walking distance. Host was great as well and kept in contact to make sure we arrived safely. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we return for trip.

Imperial Beech - a stones throw from Coronado

We were attending a family reunion on Coronado and found Nataliya and Harold's townhome perfect for our family. The nine miles to and from Coronado was quick and easy with only one stop light along the way (we had to return frequently for the baby's naps.) The townhouse was bright and cheerful. It had everything one would need for a short or long stay. It is located very conveniently near many shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend!

Perfect spot to stay

This was a perfect spot for my parents and in-laws to stay as they visited for a Change of Command ceremony and Father’s Day weekend. We spent time in IB, Coronado, and explored other parts of San Diego. The location is ideal for hopping on the Strand. The home had every comfort they needed. Plenty of space and very clean! The hosts are very kind and communicative!

Perfect!

This was our 3rd stay in the area and it was perfect. The property is very clean, very cozy, and very quiet. The neighborhood is nice and the location is great. We drove to the zoo and walked to the beach (about 25 minutes). The property owners are amazing! They made everything easy and kept in touch!
