“The staff are the star of the hotel.
Samia at reception very helpful very friendly, she worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable, and Rizlane too.
The nurse Salwa was caring about my son, when he was unwell.
Sofiane the chef was very hospitable, he cooked special dishes for my unwell son.
The room service and cleaners were cleaning the room every day, very professional.
Achraf and entertainment team were amazing and full of fun, they kept us very engaged with lots of activities.

“A truly beautiful building with thoughtful details throughout. The staff were by far the best part of this place — especially in the pool area and café, where they were incredibly attentive and made us feel all our needs were taken care of. The housekeeping and room service staff were outstanding. It was also very charming to have a turtle, cats, and a dog at the hotel. The dog was super sweet and gentle.

“First time in Agadir and first time in Morocco. Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sofitel. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel has its own beach area looking out onto the promenade with a sea view. The nearest shops and other restaurants are a bit or a walk but you don’t really need to leave the hotel. Souk El Had was a 50MAD taxi ride away. There was lots of options at the breakfast buffet- I’m missing the fresh bread! Would definitely……
