“Awful. As soon as we landed, room filthy, not cleaned. Stains on the sheets. BLOOD! Found in some areas too! Hotel refused to help sort it. Expedia failed to help to saying they couldnt contact the hotel. Wasted money and a holiday.”

“La chambre et le lit était confortable mais un appartement pour 4 avec un lit et un canapé, pas canapé lit, juste canapé pour lequel, on a demandé 4 fois des draps, c'était compliqué. La salle de bain aux normes PMR ps du tout adapté, il y avait de l'eau partout. On a fait que une nuit et une courte nuit, on ne serait pas rester.”

“The property is in a great location within walking distance to Souk El Had, which is exactly what I was looking for. It does need updating as the rooms are very outdated, but were comfortable. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. He did not realize that I understand the local language and was rudely talking about me to another staff complaining about me eating a snack in the lobby area. I also……

“Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, jedoch schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool. Pool sieht ebenfalls sauber aus, wurde von uns jedoch wegen der kalten Außen Temperaturen nicht genutzt. Super Frühstück. ”
