“The hotel is close to everything, restaurants, casinos, stores, souks, the beach, and everything you could need. The front desk is very friendly and very attentive. The only small issue is the cleanliness, the fridge had a very old fridge smell and the shower and bathroom and the den were a little dirty. Everything else was great! ”

“Lovely staff but dated room especially the bathroom. ”

“Hotel reception was over the top friendly. Our room was lovely and very large. We ate at the restaurant twice in the evenings and both meals were very tasty. The restaurant staff could have a bit more friendly. I had a massage and a facial. The massage was wonderful. We would stay there again.”

“The apartment was high quality. Cleanliness was average. Poorly equipped with cutlery, no cups or large drinking glasses. Two of the 3 basin taps were broken and unstable. Room was serviced only once in 2 weeks and only after it was requested.”

“On paper the hotel looks great and the the entrance and foyer are impressive. The room was quite nice, and spotlessly clean, but, as mentioned by others, is let down by poor maintenance, e.g., toilet seat hanging off. The rooms are also quite noisy, lacking any sound insulation. The food was on the whole reasonable, but much of the same as the week went on. “Het hotel is zeker geen 5 sterrenhotel. Ik zou het 3.5 ster geven. Het hotel is goed gelegen. Op wandelafstand naar strand en centraal gelegen voor andere plekken. Ontbijt is zeker niet aan te raden. Hassan van de receptie was een vriendelijke persoon waar we altijd terecht konden als er iets niet ok was. Het personeel is vriendelijk en doen hun best om klanten tevreden te stellen.”
