“Diane (I think that’s her name) is so friendly and fun at check in - she’s amazing and makes sure to explain ALL the things! The soaking tubs are amazing. The staff is all friendly. “The complimentary breakfast doesn’t seem as good as it has been in the past. The toilet leaked from the handle every time we flushed. We almost always stay here because it’s the only hotel with a safe yard for kids and pets to run. They advertise a fire pit but it has never been working in the past two years. ”
