Pros:The rooms were very clean. Our coffee maker did not work and we needed some towels. The staff brought it up to our room in 30 minutes. The casino was wonderful with many different choices of what to play. Staff was helpful anytime we needed anything or had a question. The bathroom was huge and the room was decent size. Another nice quality about this hotel is its located further up the boardwalk, away from some of the craziness.
Cons: The pictures show a hot tub,THERE IS NO HOT TUB unless you pay for the spa. This was one reason we booked this hotel so to find no hot tub was very disappointing! The pools are ok but very crowded. In the pool area cabanas and even comfy lounge chairs cost extra. The elevators are a bit slow, due to crowds. Lastly, this hotel is confusing. We were in the north tower so depending on what elevator we took you either needed to go to the 4th floor and walk to North tower elevators or take it all the way. We got lost a few times.
Overall, I would stay here again for the rooms,casino, and beach.
