“The Yearling will always have a very special place in my heart. It is old Florida charm at its finest. The cabins are not 5-star accommodations, but rather exactly what you would expect to find located on Cross Creek between Lake Orange and Lake Lochloosa. They are clean, comfortable and offer an excellent view of the creek. The neighborhood peacocks call to each other while birds and other wildlife occasionally travel by. My husband and I have stayed three times so far and would love to go back……

“The location was secluded with dirt road adventures. The property itself was as described in the listing and perfect for a decompression vacation away from the population. Would definitely stay here again!”

Very clean and love the fenced yard. Our dog Sammy had a good time chasing lizards!
