"The property was very clean. The pool was beautiful, and the pool furniture was very comfortable. Our room was a 2-bedroom suite. The kitchen had all the essentials you would need, including coffee, clean dishes, and cups. The only complaint is that repairs were being done in the unit above ours, and it was very noisy in the mornings. Also, the beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped. I would definitely stay here again with family and/or friends. "

"Location is very good…unit is in an older project but has very nice amenities including tv, fridge with ice maker, microwave and coffee maker. Very clean with linens, iron and ironing board and blow dryer. Perfect for our stay (close to the wedding venue) and half the price of a comparable motel room."

"Perfect getaway for my now fiancé for the two of us. Nice quiet place on the river with screened in patio to sit and relax . We went into historic downtown full of people ( which was beautiful with lights for Christmas ) but was nice to retreat to the river. The unit has everything you need to feel at home . We really enjoyed the long weekend here and will come back for future trips to Saint Augustine. "
