“I’ve always enjoyed coming back home for major holidays. I love to stay at the chalet’s but however, the mattresses on the beds are horrible. They’re very hard. They’re uncomfortable upon arriving getting ready to take my shower. I didn’t have any hot water so I had to call maintenance to come in like the hot water heater. I think it can be a little cleaned especially sanitize more due to a lot of Cleaner and things are still going around,etc as of viruses and germs. ”

“I would have preferred to receive check in information a little more in advance. Although when I wrote the host the day before he promptly wrote back. Upon arrival, the unit was not cleaned to a high standard like many other reviews claimed and some of the walls were dirty and had holes in them. It was not at all what we were expecting from the pictures. It also smelled strongly from the neighbor unit smoking pot. We sent some pictures to the host and thankfully was able to send over the……
