“It is not the Taj Mahal then it doesn’t pretend to be. Bed is comfortable. I can say it’s a cabin in the field. The bridge over the creek coming in could use some type of guard rail.”

“The room did not look clean. Once walking in there was stains on the beds. They were stains on the towels. There was mold and dirt in the trashcan. The door handled to the room was falling off. I had to screw the screws back into it myself to feel safe glad we brought our dogs. There was just an awful feeling about the whole place. there was also dust everywhere in the room. I booked the room online paid for it already online told them I was bringing two dogs with me and once I got there there……

“First room. I or the desk person had no idea on how to operate the tv in the room or what app to use to watch tv. 2nd room. Toilet was not bolted to the floor. Hair in the tub and sink. No phone cord connected. The tv got 6 channels all of them 1 hour behind actual time. No new channels all old ones. So much noise sounded like a gym in the hallway, i had to yell at the people out there. ice machine on 2nd floor did not work. No bathroom exhaust fan. Tv remote had no battery cover. The experience……

“This was one of the only hotels in the area and for over $100 a night we were very disappointed. No maintenance has been done to this place for years. There were water damage spots on the ceiling in our room. Missing tiles in the bathroom. The grout in the bathroom were very dirty. There were dirt spots on the linens. If we didn’t arrive so late and had more options we wouldn’t have stayed. ”

“Pulled up to girl yelling cussing and smoking in her robe in parking lot, turns out was the receptionist. Get to room the toilet had pee in it, a key was on the floor under door from someone else soap on the floor from someone else and trash in room from others. Next day same car from the worker and her (husband?)were parked under overhead covering. Both looked like havent showers in a week or more. They also had a teenage son walking around lobby no shoes.
