“Excellent experience. The property was exactly as described, and exactly what I needed for my short stay in close proximity to NYC. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could need. The living room area was just right, with a very nice BIG TV. North Elizabeth NJ Transit station is a short walk from the property. I will definitely stay here again if I have travel to NYC in the future.”

“The tent was lovely and as expected. The property was not well managed. Continental breakfast was a bagel in a box and the bar and restaurant were closed to guests due to outside events. This would be fine if you weren’t on an island with very little other option! It was strange that they couldn’t save atleast a little space for their paying guests for a drink, dinner or breakfast or atleast notify us in advance so we could have brought our own food.”

“There was absolutely no food and no planning. The complimentary breakfast was bread and fruit and was completely gone at 8:02am also dinner had a wonderful menu but they were “out of” everything on the menu basically. We finally ordered a salad and chicken with two drinks a piece it took 3 hrs to be served and the bill was 487”
