First floor of property was under construction and looked a bit shabby. Overall unit was good although electronics took some getting used to.

Nice spot that is very close to bar harbor. Very clean and great for a large amount of people.

We stopped in Bar Harbor for 2 nights on our was back from a week in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. The inside of the unit was nice. Clean. Comfortable. Well equipped with necessities. The pictures showed a balcony. There was not one in our unit. The unit is on a side street above a pizza shop and laundromat. The view was of the gas station. I thought the price was high for the surroundings but Bar Harbor is very crowded with tourists everywhere and I believe it is an expensive area. Parking was tight. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good. One issue was there was no time stated for breakfast in the unit write up and I read the restaurant was open till 2 pm. We went for breakfast after 11 am and was told they were only serving lunch. Since lunch was the same price as breakfast, initially the restaurant would not allow us free lunch. We called the unit management and they graciously allowed us to have free lunch. Grateful for their help. We had an issue Saturday night. The pizza shop was playing very loud thumping music from 9 pm until till 12:30 am. I called and texted a few contacts of the condo management before I got a response. They were unable to quiet the situation after many calls and texts until I became more stern after midnight. Then it stopped at 12:30 am. They promised a refund for the night and I’m told they are working on it. We are 72 and 79 years old so driving to Boston on little sleep was not ideal.
