"The space was great for our party of 11 - bigger then it looked on the photos. We really enjoyed the location and the common areas. Some complaints are that the pillows were awful - lumpy and uncomfortable.This house does NOT sleep 14 people. Our smallest person, a12 year old child, could not fit on the futon beds. "The property is easy to get to, clean and the hot tub perfect. It was nice to have a central spot to spend the night while visiting the area. It was easy to go into Baie Saint Paul, Montmorecy Falls and l'Isl d'Orléan. "
