Spacious, roomy, and quite. The check in process is intimidating at first, but the owners give an easy to follow, step-by-step process that is easy to master. "Very nice property right in downtown Sandusky Check in process was easy. Lots of room for families and plenty of space to stretch out. Only downside was the parking on the side of the building. "My husband and I enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend - loved that we could sit outside and watch the sunrise/sunset over Lake Erie and that we were within walking distance of town. The property was very clean and the host was very responsive to questions - from helping us find a place to store our boat/trailer during our stay and helping us find the passes to the pool when we couldn't find them. "We wanted a summer getaway and this was a perfect place to stay since we didn’t plan to stay inside. It is small but not uncomfortable small. Futon was comfortable as was the bed. We had a family get away and didn’t “party”. Our neighbors were extremely respectful. The yard was perfect for the dog."
