“More toilet paper in the room would be helpful. Soap next to the bathroom sink would also be nice. My wife reported wet sheets in her bed, so she moved into my bed (I'm not complaining). At 8:15 am, the fire alarm in our room went off. We were sleeping. It is an understatement to say that this was startling. The good news is there was no fire. I look at a trip to South Bass Island as an adventure, so all of this was part of the adventure.”

“Lots of dead bugs on the porch. Bathroom didn't seem like it was cleaned... It was nice to have a pool but it needed to be cleaned. Nice to have the burger place on the property, that guy was awesome. I had to park on the grass even though I was told that I would have a dedicated spot for parking. Maybe more signage to show where golf carts are allowed to park vs cars. Price changed on the original room we looked at purchasing. Should have pulled the trigger sooner I guess. There is a small bistro with coffee available for purchase at certain hours. Also, they do have a burger hut in the front yard of the resort during certain hours. With that said, the resort is very clean and staff are friendly.”
