“It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms were newly updated, spacious and clean. We arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready which was disappointing as we were really ready for a shower and to lay down. The beds were just okay. The locals very convenient to the Marina we came in to. It was only about a five minute walk. It was however very loud. It is right next to a bar and we could hear the music and people very well until about 12:30 am.”

“Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management.”

“We had an issue with our room when we first arrived, but the staff at Harbour Suites went above and beyond to make it right. They responded quickly, brought us another bed, and even treated our entire group to drinks and lunch. “Lots of dead bugs on the porch. Bathroom didn't seem like it was cleaned... It was nice to have a pool but it needed to be cleaned. Nice to have the burger place on the property, that guy was awesome. I had to park on the grass even though I was told that I would have a dedicated spot for parking. Maybe more signage to show where golf carts are allowed to park vs cars. Price changed on the original room we looked at purchasing. Should have pulled the trigger sooner I guess. That's certainly on……
